Over Christmas I was cooking and eating healthy, but I reverted to my old ways when school started again, which means the fridge became nothing more than a beer storage device. Unfortunately, I did not empty the fridge when I went back to school.
I am cleaning it out today, and let's just say I am traumatized. Who knew olives could... become so... truly frightening. My first inclination was to put everything back in the fridge and never open the door again, but, you know, the beer. My second thought was to throw everything away - dishes and all.
But I'm a grown-up now.
Yeah... sigh.
I'm particularly afraid of those beans
....
"What would I have to do to get you to make those things on the counter go away?" I asked Kevin.
"Why can't you do it?" he asked.
"You know how some people are really afraid of heights?" I responded, "Those olives terrify me.
"Long pause.
"I'll pay you," I said.
Long pause.
"I'll pay you a lot," I offered.
He laughed, "Just make me dinner."
